Parking Ticket Review

A Parking Ticket Review is limited to screening out those tickets where one of the circumstances listed in Part 4 of this form may have existed at the time the ticket was issued. All other circumstances or explanations must be processed through the court where the Justice of the Peace will make a final decision regarding the parking ticket.

You must complete all the information on the Parking Ticket Review form, including your signature, and submit within 5 business days from the date of the ticket. If submitting a printed copy of this form, return to:

After the review has been processed, written notification will be sent to you and the vehicle's registered owner (if different) indicating whether the ticket has been canceled or not.
