Application for a Taxi or Limousine Licence

By selecting YES, I certify all information provided to be correct in all respects, that I have not been convicted of a criminal offence in the past 3 years, and that I hereby agree to comply with all of the requirements of By-law 29/2013 relating to Taxicab/Limousine Driver’s License. I understand Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities (AODA) training from my employer is required and I agree to receive the training as a pre-requisite of my license to drive taxi for any company licensed in the Municipality of Port Hope.

Note: A criminal background check and drivers abstract must be submitted before the application can be processed.  Be advised applicants pay a fee of $45.00. The fee for replacement of a lost license is $25.00 (All fees payable by cheque, money order, cash or interac). Cheques are made payable to the Municipality of Port Hope.
