I certify that:

a) The fireworks to be sold under this application are authorized by the Explosives Regulation Division; and that

b) To the best of my knowledge, no child labour was used in the manufacture of the fireworks to be sold under this application

Sale of Fireworks By-law and Licensing Fee

Please refer to By-law 102/2008 for further conditions on the sale of fireworks. 

The $100 licensing fee is payable to the Municipality of Port Hope and payments must be made at the Fire Administration Office, 245 Ontario Street, Port Hope, Ontario L1A 2V9.
