I acknowledge that the information on this event application form is complete and accurate to the best of my ability. I commit to the responsibility of advising the Municipality of Port Hope of any changes to the nature or details of my event at any time after this form is submitted.
Applicants are reminded that a submitted application does not ensure a confirmed booking. You will be contacted upon receipt of your application to discuss next steps and site availability.
Personal information is collected on this form under the authority of the Municipal Act and the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection Act (MFIPPA) and will be used only to facilitate municipal rental services. Residents’ personal information will only be kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is collected.
