Zoning Provisions (as per the Zoning By-law)

All numeric dimensions must be submitted in metric units.

Site Plan Drawing

A site plan drawing must be submitted for planning review for both new builds and alterations. All numberic dimensions must be submitted in metric units. The site plan drawing requirements are as follows:

  • title, scale, and north arrow
  • street location
  • address and/or legal description
  • all existing buildings and structures (including shape, size, dimensions, height)
  • any building(s) or structure(s) to be removed (denote with hatched lines)
  • setbacks to all property lines from eixsting and proposed structure(s)
  • property lines and dimensions
  • separation distances between all buildings and structures
  • driveway location and dimensions
  • well-septic location if applicable
  • right of way and easements
